- Managing the day to day functions of the corporate care team
- Effective resource planning and implementing call center strategies and operations.
- Setting performance targets for the team and ensuring the achievement of the same on regular basis
- Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded.
- Advising clients on projects available.
- Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance.
- Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions.
- Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly reports for management review
- Handling the most complex customer complaints or inquiries and guide the team on how to handle such calls
